Here in Lysekil, we have a centuries-old tradition of bathing cold, in the ocean, every day, all year round - already in the middle of the 19th century, people began to realize the healing effect on the body.
Dr. Carl Curman prescribed both hot and cold baths to the resort's guests. And today there are plenty of bridges, stairs and ladders to easily get in and out of the sea. Cold swimming is not on our property but near by. Book and become a "wild swimmer" you too!
